As I’m sure you can appreciate every no show not only stops other clients who may be waiting for an appointment but it has a massive impact both on the company and the beauticians financially.
If you are not happy with any treatment or you have a problem such as a chipped nail you have 48 hours to report to the salon.
If you report after 48 hours you will be charged for any repairs as this will be classed as wear & tear.

Pre-paid treatments automatically get charged of your account for a no show without going through the 3 life system. This is out of our control as it’s programed in the software which we cannot override.
All tanning courses must be used within 1 year from purchase date.
All Beauty treatments must be used within 1 year from purchase date.
Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from purchase date.
Our girls cannot over ride anything on the computer system as there access authority will not allow this so please be kind they are there to help and we will not tolerate any kind of abuse aimed at them.
